How To Place Your Ad |
#1. Determine the size of ad you like.
Choose black & white or full color. Buy the cover page & get FREE COLOR!
(subject to availability)
#2. Write your description. Use the ads in
our magazine & web sites to help you get started. Don't forget: Your E-mail Address,
Phone, Open House, Special Financing, Income Possibilities, etc.
Include both the property address and your mailing address.
#3. Shoot some photos. We require good color prints or
high resolution files from your scanner or digital camera. We will
edit your photo(s) as needed, so step back and get ALL OF YOUR PROPERTY in the photo.
Often we can arrange to take a photo of your property if you
can't. Give us a call.
#4. Get it all to us. Use our online
ordering, express mail, regular mail, or hand deliver. All
ads are posted on the internet within 48 hrs of receipt. Ads received
by the 15th will be published in our magazine on the 1st of the following month.
Once your signs have been picked up or the property has been entered on our
web site there will be no refund even if property has been sold by other means.
